Bake until golden brown.
Brush egg on the tops.
Form into a small ball.
Crimp.
Gather edges to close
Pile the filling on the rolled out biscuit.
Roll each biscuit thin and flat and lay on a flat plate to fill. It is easiest to roll and fill one popper at a time and then place the finished popper on the baking sheet.
Cut with a medium size biscuit cutter
Gently shape the dough and then roll it to 1/2 inch thick
Form an “elastic “ like dough with as little handling as possible.
Craggy dough, mix gently
Cut Crisco into the flour
Flour, Crisco, buttermilk
Turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce
