I can not believe the yummy batter that came from this...ya know how I am...I believe it should come from scratch not a mix...but the daiquiri mix and cake mix made the prettiest and nicest batter...adn soooo yummy...if you ever need a strawberry cake for something do it this way...the cake was soooo yummy...no need for the rum at all...it tastes and smells like fresh strawberries!!! It'd be great with a choc frosting! :)

these look so delicious Wendy..I discovered a can of bacardi strawberry daiquiri mix in the freezer...hmmmm...no I must not give in to temptation until Easter and then...I will be a baking fool for a week. LOL!
