Cover first layer with sweet white sauce.
Spoon white sauce over the first layer
Layer pudding in large bowl, or two servings bowls.
Mix together the rest of the ingredients, whisking well to avoid lumps.
Dry ingredients
Melt milk and butter.
The pudding should be moist and well done.
Divide into two greased and floured 9 x 13" pans.
Mix together wet ingredients well.
