I Did Not Need/use Any Chicken Broth, As The Vegetables Gave Off Enough Liquid. Just Disregard The Broth In This Picture. I Roasted A Fresh Red Pepper, But You Could Use Jarred.

My Shells Went Nearly Flat And The Stuffing Split. No Worries, They Still Tasted Great! I Think It Was Because This Squash Was So Big! Your Walls Should Be About 1/4 Unless The Squash Is Huge Like This One!

My shells went nearly flat and the stuffing "split". No worries, they still tasted great! I think it was because this squash was SO big! Your walls should be about 1/4" unless the squash is HUGE like this one!
