They look scrumptious!!!! Well done, my love muffin!! :0 As you know, no two mushrooms are alike, so, I suppose it's always possible to have too little or too much of any filling1! :) No worries, I love what you did with the extra...hmmm...I'll have to try that myself!! Thanks for the pic! xoxox
