This is a Moroccan stew made with chicken thighs, chick peas & preserved lemons. Tagine refers to the clay pot in which it is cooked, you can develop the flavors in a heavy pot with the lid set slightly askew and adjusted cooking time.
Served with simple golden raisin kissed Israeli couscous
