A one pot boiled dinner, cooking on the stove top. Consisting of Cabbage, Kielbasa, Rutabaga, Carrots and Red Potatoes. Shallots, Garlic Cloves, Jalapeno, and Fresh Ground Black Pepper for seasoning.
This was my plate. For those of you who are not familiar with Rutabaga, it is the orange colored vegetable in the bottom right of the photo. It tastes similar to a turnip, but a little sweeter, and maybe a little stronger, if that makes sense.
