I know they always say a hit from behind is the back one's fault, but that's not always the case...but fighting it through the insurance might still be to your benefit...thank goodness you didn't get any tickets...that would have been insult added to injury...

TY Jan & Cindy..she is so precious..I got to see her on skype/Facebook today..She was a lil fussy bur he just wanted to eat..so we didn't chat too long so mama could get off and nurse her...but I can't wait to get over this cold so I can go see her..prob next weekend now since I got sick. My other niece will be up from LA till the 18th..so I have time...I better get well soon..I got some spoiling to do..hehe
O'm glad to see u back safe and sound Cingy..I hope the ins covers the cat damage too. I'm glad u & hubs weren't hurt. : )

GOOD THING WE WERN'T EVEN GOING 10 MILES AN HOUR, OR IT WOULD HAVE BEEN MUCH
WORSE.
WE WERE IN A CONSTRUCTION AREA, DOWN TO ONE LANE, (CREEPING ALONG) AND SHE
STOPPED IN FRONT OF US...MY HUBBY RAN INTO THE BACK OF HER. OUR CAR WENT UP UNDER HER BACK BUMPER.

Pretty bad (to me since I'd never been in a wreck before).
Have to have a new AC Condenser (when hood was smashed in it punchered a big hole in it and all the fluid leaked out too), new Hood, new front Grill and new front Bumper.
Right at a little over 3,500.00 dollars damage to ours.
Only put one little dent in her back bumper.
