Sorry Cin,,I just now got your question...The meringue recipe is on here,,I got it from Diane Springs,,,check out her recipes, they are simply amazing. It helped me when I followed her directions. I have learned sooooooo much from her.. All her recipes has been just amazing for me...Try it & I hope you will love it as much as I have. I have not found a recipe that equals up to Diane's..I have made this pie so many times, & it always turns out GREAT ! This is the only coconut pie that I make now. Good luck & blessings to you!!!
