This is almost the same recipe my grandmother made (she always added a little cream), and I am in my 60's. This so delicios!
I will bake 30 minutes now, covered. Tomorrow I will top with marshmallows and rebake, uncovered, just before serving. A little extra baking never hurts a sweet potato!
Also note: Instead of boiling the potatoes, I always bake them until fork tender. I think it helps deepen the potato flavor. Don't forget to prick them with a fork first.
