Mel, I wish I could send you a couple, one for now and one for later.
I cheated on these and didn't do all the grating and putting back in the freezer. I also, put everything into the food processor except the blueberries. Took the dough out, kneaded a little flour into the dough, then worked in the blueberries. Much easier and faster and they tasted amazing.
