I am originally from Pittsburgh (OOOPS!! aren't we RIVALS?? lol) BUT NONETHELESS, I have a BEST FRIEND who lives in Philly hand he made me a traditional Philly Cheese Steak with the Cheeze Whiz...WOW...talk about awesome!!! BUT I have to say that you have created a truly remarkable sandwich and this really really looks awesome!! I have the recipe "pinched" and am going to share it with my best friend so he can see another way of making an awesome sandwich ;) Thanks for posting!!
