You did a great job on the pie, love the apple cut-outs.
I love decorating my crust with crust cut-outs too.
When I make a cherry pie I sometimes make lil cherries with stems out of my crust leftovers and place on top (that is if I don't put a lattice crust on it...love the look of a lattice crust on a cherry pie)
