Ashton was very proud of this big eggplant, and exclaimed, "Look! As Big As My Head!"
This plate has some sauce under the eggplant lasagna roll-up and a line of sauce across the middle of the eggplant.
Bread Crumbs.
Ricotta, cream cheese mixture.
Flour mixture.
350 degree oven
Beaten eggs and milk.
