Pretty cake! I also like the Baker's Joy spray. My cake came out of the pan perfect as well. Everyone loved it, and hubby says I can make another one anytime!

Yes. The second one I made didn't come out so easy and I was nearly in tears. The FIRST cake was perfect so I tried to remember what I did perfectly right. For the first one I used a spray with flour and oil in it and I didn't skimp. I also let it cool enough to not be a problem. I hope that helps. It's the only thing I can think of that I did differently the second time I made it. The second time I was trying too hard to be perfect and had the pans all greased and floured then kept shaking the flour off thinking it was too thick... and I was in a hurry to get "to the party" so my best friend and I were trying to put it on the plate while it was probably too warm. We finally got it stuck together with frosting then waltzed into the party late and announced that we were late because we dropped the cake.

That was an ice breaker. The cake was still a hit once we let people know we really did not drop it.

Beautiful cake, I love it too....yours' looks absolutely perfect. Any secrets to get it out of the pan in one piece?
