I have always been naturally attracted to the kitchen.It was sorta strange..I watched my mother cook at times,but I really didn't put my hands in the foods until I was living on my own.My first boyfriend showed me how to make pan gravy.I got hooked!I was amazed at how you can make any cream(milk) gravy starting with either,butter/bacon or sausage fat..flour and milk.That was my start.Much of my cooking was meals with pan gravy.I personally use canned evaporated milk,with some water,instead of cold milk.It has a better turn out and richer flavor.I enjoy feeding family and friends.Bless all!
