I have always had a PASSION for cooking & baking! I follow most recipes loosely and use only as a guide; I tweak them to meet my own personal taste preferences. I usually create my own recipes using ingredients I like and know will go well together. My all-time favorite cuisines are ones on the SPICY side, such as Mexican, Chinese, Indian, and Italian, but I like most foods if prepared well and taste yummy! My philosophy about cooking: "If you enjoy cooking, you will probably be pretty good at it, and my rule: ALL my cooking has to be YUMMY, even if the ingredient list is SHORT & EASY"!!!
