A long time ago former 2nd chef of a 4* hotel in Kent UK,& a head chef of a 2* Michelin hotel in Kent, also was a chef on Herald of Free Enterprise ferry just before it sank in Zebruggue.
Now I cook for the enjoyment and 2 relax.
My passion food = seafood, love 2 experiment with meat & continental spices.
My fav food is any European especially Dutch & German (I lived in Holland as a child & was born in Germany, but was 2 young to remember) i been back there on many times & love the culture, ppl & food.
I'm 53 single Karaoke DJ, job i love to do (Entertaining)
