Ingredients

4 oz
dried lentils
1 c
diced onions
1 1/2 c
celery
1 c
bell pepper
1 c
diced carrots
3 qt
water
1 qt
vege broth
3 clove
garlic, crush and chop
1 Tbsp
soy sauce
1 Tbsp
smokey paprika
2 tsp
red chili pepper
1/4 c
olive oil
2 c
fresh spinach

INGREDIENTS

Step-By-Step

1In a large pan, heat 1/4 cup Olive Oil to medium heat.
Chop all veges, add onion, celery, carrots, bell pepper to sauce pan. Cover, cook until onions are translucent.
2Stir every few minutes. Once Onions are tender, add 3 Quarts of water, Soy sauce, Lentils and Spices. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to Simmer,cover and cook on low for 2 hours.
3Add Fresh Spinach just before serving. Enjoy!
