carrots, medium dice

rutabaga, medium dice

turnips, medium dice

daiko, medium dice
3 medium
potatoes, medium dice
1 medium
leek, medium dice
2 medium
onios, medim dice
3 clove
shallots, minced
1/2 tsp
thyme, leaves
2 medium
bay leaves, dried
1 1/2 Tbsp
horseradish
2 qt
cold water

Step-By-Step

1Peele and dice all vegetable.
2Add all ingredients to a heavy pot and simer until the vegetable starting to get tender.
3You can thicken with cornstarch.
