Ingredients

2 slice
bacon, halved
1 large
potato, mashed
1 large
carrots, cubed
3 sprig(s)
parsley,chopped
3 sprig(s)
scallions
2 Tbsp
flour
2 large
onions, prechopped
2 Tbsp
garlic, prechopped
1
knorr cubes or any kind of seasoning available in the area
1 1/2 c
water/chicken stock
1 c
evaporated milk
freshly ground black pepper
salt to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

Boil patato until tender,remove the skin, cut in half, cool slightly, mashed. Set aside.

Heat oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onion & garlic, sauté 3 minutes.Add carrots.Combine flour and 1/2 cup milk; add to pan with 1 1/2 cups water. Put in the knorr chicken cubes. Bring to a boil; stir often. Cook 2 minutes,add salt and pepper.

Remove from heat. Add in the mashed potato. Stir. Serve. Top with cheese,scallions,chopped parsley, & bacon.
