in a large soup pot mix all the above ingredients,starting with the tomatoes, then sauce and paste and water, end with the spinach.
mix well till the tomato paste is dissolved. and the stock is smooth.
let simmer for at least a hour and 30mins. serve or can. if you are canning this will fill 6 1 quart jars. place in a boil bath for 30 mins keeping water above lids at all times. set aside and test caps once cooled. lids should have no play.
