Turkey and Rice Soup
Super easy and low in fat! A great diet food!
1cut ham into cubes. I like to use the jennie-o turkey ham. put into pot on the stove or a crock pot
2add rest of the remaining ingredients.(you can add any additional seasonings youd like)
3if cooking on the stove bring to a boil then simmer 20 minutes. If using a crock pot cook on high 1-2 hours
