I'm on a low sodium diet so everything is low sodium to me. You can add more veggies or omit any. Its all up to you. I've done several varieties.

Ingredients

1 bottle
low sodium tomato juice
2 stalk(s)
celery
2
carrots, chopped
1 bag(s)
bell peppers chopped
1 c
frozen peas
1 c
frozen corn
1 can(s)
green beans, rinsed and drained
2 c
water
mrs. dash's salt free extra hot seasonings, salt substitute, pepper, and chili powder. all to your taste. you can use as much as you want to your taste.

Step-By-Step

1Chop your peppers, celery, and carrots.
2Add your juice and water to the pot.
3Add everything else and let it simmer for 3-4 hours.
