I used to make this soup when I ran the restaurant it was a favorite. Hope you enjoy.

Stove Top

Ingredients

1 large
ring polish kiebassa( sliced in rings)
4 c
chicken broth
1 large
onion (diced)
2 large
carrots( diced)
2 stalk(s)
celery( diced)
4 small
potatoes( diced)
1 large
head of cabbage( cut up)
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
white pepper
3 clove
garlic (diced fine)

Directions Step-By-Step

In large soup kettle put all ingredience.

Bring to a boil and turn down to simmer, and cover.

Simmer for about an hour or until cabbage is wilted and veggies are done.

If soup looks dry add more water.
