This carrot corn chowder is a wholesome meal. If you want you can add some clams to make even better, with clams is the way my son likes this chowder.

Ingredients

2 slice
onion
1 Tbsp
butter
1 1/2 c
cream corn
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c
water
1 1/2 c
sliced carrots
3 c
milk, whole

Step-By-Step

1Heat in the bottom of a soup kettle onion, butter and water

2Add carrots and corn Stirring occasionally until carrots are cooked through.

3Add milk, salt and pepper. Stir until hot. Serve with homemade hot rolls or oyster crackers.
