bulk pork sausage

red potatoes, peeled an sliced
31/2 can(s)
chicken broth

water

chopped swiss chard

heavy whipping cream

bacon strips cooked an crumbled

Step-By-Step

1in skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink. drain;set aside

2using a dutch oven, combine the potatoes, broth, water, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer, uncovered for 20 min or until potatoes are done.

3Stir in the swiss chard, cream, bacon and sausage. Bring to boil. reduce heat; simmer, uncovered for about 10 min or until chard is tender. serve
