Directions
In large pot or Dutch Oven, combine all ingredients and bring to simmer. Cook until carrots and potatoes are just fork tender.

I just made a cabbage and Sausage soup yesterday and could not stop eating it Had it for breakfast this morning. Thanks for the idea of putting potatoes in it haven't tried that yet. I do add carrots and what ever sausage I have on hand. Its one you can play around with with what ever is in your frig. Always turns out.
