Ingredients

1 can(s)
creamed corn
2 can(s)
low fat evaportated milk
1 medium
red or green bell pepper
1 medium
onion
3 Tbsp
extra virgin olive oil
course black pepper to taste
1 large
baked potato

Step-By-Step

1corsley chop red or green bell pepper
along with onion

2in a skillet add olive oil and bell peppers
simmer for a few minutes do not burn add onions saute all together until onions are translucent

31 large potato cook in microwave just like a baked potato cut in half cool to handle peel cut into small cubes don't over cook

4In a dutch oven mix all ingredients cream corn,evporated milk, bell pepper,onion and
potato let simmer for 2 hours
