Broccoli and Cheese Soup

- medium onion, yellow or white - chopped
- 12 oz. pkg
- fresh broccoli - chopped
- 3/4 stick
- 4 c
- 2 Tbsp
- chicken bouillon granules
- 1 lb
- cheese loaf, (velveeta) cubed
- 1 c
1Sauté broccoli and onions until onions become clear.
2Add water and bullion. Boil on high for 10 minutes.
3Add cheese. Stir often until cheese is completely melted.
4Add buttermilk and heat until warm.
5Serve with French bread.
