Ingredients

1 pkg
any skinless smoked sausage,cut into bite-sized pieces
2 medium
green peppers,chopped
2 Tbsp
chili powder
2-14.5 oz
cans fired roasted diced tomatoes,undrained
1 c
chunky salsa
2-16 oz
cans pinto beans or red beans, rinsed and drained

GARNISHES: SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE, SOUR CREAM, CHOPPED CILANTRO,

Directions Step-By-Step

Cook bell peppers in a larege saucepan coated with cooking spray 2 mins. Stir in chili powder and cook 1 min. Add tomatoes and salsa;simmer 8 mins. Stir sausage into chili along with beans. Simmer 6-8 mins. or until chili is slightly thickened.Ladle into shallow bowls. garnish as desired.
