This is so easy to do and it very good...Me and my family have tried this recipe for two years and we love it.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

1 lb
chicken tenderloins( or 2 med chicken breast)
1 can(s)
15 oz black beans - drained
1 can(s)
15 oz reg- stewed tomatoes ( or mexican stewed)
1 can(s)
rotel tomatoes and green chili (mild)
1 can(s)
14 oz or more tomatoes sauce
1 c
salsa (mild)
1/8-1/4 c
fresh chopped cilantro ( you may use paste cilantro 2-3 tsp or 2 tsp of dried cilantro)
1/2-1 c
toppings ( opt) shredded mex cheese, sour cream, tortilla chips
1/2-1 can(s)
chicken broth ( add 1/2 can for thicker soup, whole can for thinner soup

Step-By-Step

Step 1 Direction Photo

1Chicken - rinse and put in slow cooker, keep chicken whole.

Set slow cooker on high for 4 hrs
Or set on low for 8 hrs

2Add rinse black beans, cilantro, salsa,......just add everything...lol to your slow cooker.Except for any topping...K

3When done break chicken up with tongs...should be soft enough to do.

Add what topping you like and serve. Its really that simply and its good!
