Chicken Bone Broth

My comment about -- keeping the broth -- if from real life. My mother-in-law was helping someone make broth over the phone. She told her to drain the broth and when the lady did, she came back with -- now what do I do with all this? She meant that she kept what we normally discard....all the broth went down the drain! My mother-in-law's comment back was...go to the store and buy canned!

This is one of the healthiest starts for any soup you use it in!
