cooked chicken, cubed
Melt butter in large pot on medium-high.
Cook celery and onion in melted butter until tender (5 minutes)
Add flour and cook till absorbed (2 minutes)
Stir in half & half and water, dissolve bouillon cube.
Stir in chicken, buffalo wing sauce and cheese, mix well.
Season with pepper and salt (to taste). Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir occasionally.
Allow soup to simmer until cheese has melted (10 minutes) Garnish with parsley and blue cheese.
