This is an adaption of my awesome sister-in-laws recipe because hers was a little too spicy for the kiddos.
Our whole family loves this. It's so easy to make, is healthy and takes very little time.
You can add or vary the ingredients to suit your own tastes as well.

taco seasoning mix (mild)
1 pkg
ranch dip mix
2 can(s)
tomatoes, canned italian-style and diced
2 can(s)
whole kernel corn
1 can(s)
kidney beans, canned
1 can(s)
black beans, canned
1 can(s)
pinto beans (drained)
1/4 - 1/2
block of velveeta cheese


1In large pot, cook hamburger until brown, drain.
2Add seasonings and mix well
3Next add all canned ingredients and cook until really hot
4Cut Velveeta into chunks and add to soup. Make sure to stir the cheese in well.
