Ingredients
| 1 lg | cabbage head,chopped |
| 4-5 lg | potatoes, peeled and diced |
| 1 md | size onion, diced ( or use a capful of dehyrad). |
| 1-2 lg | carrots, peeled and sliced |
| 3 | cubes beef bouillon |
| 2 | cubes chicken bouillon |
| salt and pepper to taste | |
| 1-12 oz | canned corned beef, cubed |

Directions
In a Duch oven over medium heat, combine all ingredients except corned beef. Cover with water;cook for about 15 mins., until veggies are almost tender. Stir in corned beef; add more salt or pepper, if desired. Continue cooking until veggies are tender. Makes 4-6 servings.
