|1 large||cabbage head,chopped|
|4-5 large||potatoes, peeled and diced|
|1 medium||size onion, diced ( or use a capful of dehyrad).|
|1-2 large||carrots, peeled and sliced|
|3||cubes beef bouillon|
|2||cubes chicken bouillon|
|salt and pepper to taste|
|1-12 oz||canned corned beef, cubed|

I have always love corned beef and cabbage growing up in Fla. and of course i still love it today as well.. You can also put all ingredient's into a crockpot and let cook on low all day ....
In a Duch oven over medium heat, combine all ingredients except corned beef. Cover with water;cook for about 15 mins., until veggies are almost tender. Stir in corned beef; add more salt or pepper, if desired. Continue cooking until veggies are tender. Makes 4-6 servings.
