Ingredients

1 large cabbage head,chopped
4-5 large potatoes, peeled and diced
1 medium size onion, diced ( or use a capful of dehyrad).
1-2 large carrots, peeled and sliced
3 cubes beef bouillon
2 cubes chicken bouillon
salt and pepper to taste
1-12 oz canned corned beef, cubed

I have always love corned beef and cabbage growing up in Fla. and of course i still love it today as well.. You can also put all ingredient's into a crockpot and let cook on low all day ....

In a Duch oven over medium heat, combine all ingredients except corned beef. Cover with water;cook for about 15 mins., until veggies are almost tender. Stir in corned beef; add more salt or pepper, if desired. Continue cooking until veggies are tender. Makes 4-6 servings.
