I have always love corned beef and cabbage growing up in Fla. and of course i still love it today as well.. You can also put all ingredient's into a crockpot and let cook on low all day ....
potatoes, peeled and diced
size onion, diced ( or use a capful of dehyrad).
carrots, peeled and sliced
cubes beef bouillon
cubes chicken bouillon
salt and pepper to taste
canned corned beef, cubed
1In a Duch oven over medium heat, combine all ingredients except corned beef. Cover with water;cook for about 15 mins., until veggies are almost tender. Stir in corned beef; add more salt or pepper, if desired. Continue cooking until veggies are tender. Makes 4-6 servings.
