Gloria's Corned Beef & Cabbage Soup
|1 lg||cabbage head,chopped|
|4-5 lg||potatoes, peeled and diced|
|1 md||size onion, diced ( or use a capful of dehyrad).|
|1-2 lg||carrots, peeled and sliced|
|3||cubes beef bouillon|
|2||cubes chicken bouillon|
|salt and pepper to taste|
|1-12 oz||canned corned beef, cubed|

DirectionsIn a Duch oven over medium heat, combine all ingredients except corned beef. Cover with water;cook for about 15 mins., until veggies are almost tender. Stir in corned beef; add more salt or pepper, if desired. Continue cooking until veggies are tender. Makes 4-6 servings.
