I had a pot of white beans left over from potluck dinner Sunday. And I decided to make some soup it turned out really good. Never know what you can make with left overs.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

2
carrots peeled and sliced
2 stalk(s)
celery sliced
1 medium
bay leaf
1
bell pepper chopped
2 Tbsp
butter
salt and pepper to taste
left over white beans

Step-By-Step

1In a pot of boiling water, add sliced carrots,sliced celery, chopped bell pepper

2Cook until vegetables are tender. and drain.

3Combine white beans and vegetables. Add butter and salt and pepper to taste.

4Serve with cornbread, enjoy.
