15 oz. black beans, rinsed and drained
In skillet heat oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook 2 minutes.
Stir in beans,tomatoes with juice, corn, tomato paste, chili powder, cumin and sugar.
Cover and reduce heat to low; simmer until thickened, 15-20 minutes. Add pepper; cook 5 minutes.
