- black beans, undrained
- 1/2 c
- chunky salsa
- 1 Tbsp
- chili powder
- 1(16 oz) can(s)
- chicken broth
- shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- low-fat sour cream
- minced green onions
- chopped cilantro
1Place beans and liquid in a medium saucepan.
2Partially mash beans with a potato masher.
3Place over high heat;stir in salsa, chili powder and broth.
4Bring to boil.
5Ladle soup into bowls.
6Top with cheese, sour cream, onions and cilantro to taste.
7Serve with tortilla chips and margaritas.
