Ingredients

1 can(s)
black beans, drained
1/2 can(s)
water, use bean can to measure
1/2 c
salsa, mild, medium, or hot your choice (plus a bit for garnish)
1/2 c
fat free half and half (plus a bit for garnish)

Directions Step-By-Step

Puree beans, water, and salsa in food processor or blender until smooth.

Heat mixture over medium heat. Remove from heat and add cream, stir well.

Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator.

Garnish with a a spoon of sour cream and/or a bit of salsa.
