Ingredients

egg

ripe banana
1 Tbsp
almond or peanut butter
1/4 tsp
baking powder

SUGGESTED TOPPINGS

greek yogurt
fresh fruit

Step-By-Step

1Mash banana, add egg, nut butter and baking powder.
2Mix until combined.
3Drop into hot skillet,on medium heat, coated with cooking spray and flip pancakes gently when they begin to bubble.
4Serve with fresh fruit and a dollop of plain yogurt.
