Ingredients

4 large
roma tomatoes
1 clove
garlic, fresh
1 can(s)
black olives
1/2
cucumber
4 Tbsp
capers
2 sprig(s)
basil, fresh
1 small
lemon juice, fresh squeezed
1/4 c
red onion

Step-By-Step

1pick fresh ingredients. Dice tomatoes, dice cucumber, add capers, dice red onion, fine chop fresh basil, add chopped olives, squeeze lemon juice and then add fresh garlic
2lightly mix and let sit in fridge for at least 20 minutes
3serve with small crackers or baguette bread that's brushed with olive oil, salt and peppered and grilled
