Oven-Baked corn Tortilla Chips
note: These are a delicious substitute for the salty greasy corn chips often used to dip in salsas and bean dips.
1Preheat oven to 450 degrees
2Cut each tortilla into eight wedges.
3Lay them on a dry baking sheep in a single layer.
4Bake for 5-7 min. or until crisp. Watch them carefully so they don't burn.
5Store in an airtight container.
