Stormy's Story

I love popcorn. Especially when it has flavor. So I make seasonings in spice shakers to put in individual bowls of popcorn so everyone can have a flavor they want.

It makes a wonderful addition to a gift basket of microwave popcorn.

I use saved spice jars for these seasonings.

I, too, am a popcorn junkie. I have a hot-air popper that I just love. Thankyou for the above suggestions for seasonings. I usually pour some melted butter and parmesan cheese over my popcorn and eat every last crumb. One question--do you keep any of your above seasoning mixtures in the refrigerator?

Wow! Pop Secret has their popcorn in a jar that you can buy now. I tried your idea last night and it totally rocked. I shook that cheezy powder that my grandson is so nuts about on it with real butter... Oh Lord, slow me down! LOL. I am a popcorn junkie to begin with. Thanks again!
You are right, I don't like the hydrogenated oils that the microwave popcorn people have to use to cut corners!

You are so welcome Barbie. This way you know exactly what oil and what kind of butter or butter sub you have going into your body. Life is all about the choices

What a great idea! This will be good for the grand kids. They always want popcorn and I am not too big on the store bought stuff. Thank again for sharing! Hugs... Barbie
