1Pound chiucken to about 1/4 inch thick, grill or bake.
2Crisp bacon. I prefer to do in microwave, not much if any grease that way.
3Spread guacamole liberally on both sides of bread. Add the jalapenos [if using], the chicken, bacon, cheese, lettuce and tomato.
4NOTE: You can make the same basic sandie using a cajun sauce and call it a Cajun Club. Or add provolone and creamy italian dressing for an Italian. The possibilities are limited only by your imagination. Oh yes, one other possibility is to add fresh cucumber or other veggies. Use your imagination for a sauce or dressing!!
