"No Vampires" Garlic Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

This is the ONLY way I'll eat my roasted pumpkin seeds.
But, you either love them or you hate them. I had a friend who couldn't make up her mind if she liked them or not. In the process, she almost ate them all! I think she liked them!!!

- pumpkin seeds, out of 3 - 4 pumpkins (the larger the better)
- 2 stick
- butter, cold, cut into tbsp chunks
- garlic salt
- garlic powder
3Rinse seeds (& goop).
7Bake for 30 minutes; stir. Bake another 30 minutes; stir. Bake another 15 minutes; stir. Bake another 15 minutes (they should be done at this point). Keep doing this until seed turn a light to medium brown (like the photo or little darker).
8Once done, let cool for 30 minutes & then enjoy!
