Lemon Crinkle Cookies

- 1 box
- any flavor cake mix
- 8 oz
- whipped topping, thawed- store brand is fine
- 1 c
- powdered sugar
1Note: The prep time is actually the mixing of the ingredients; It takes quite awhile to get all of the cookies measured rolled and baked. I'd plan on two hours from start to finish.
2Mix the first three ingredients together.
3I line my cookie sheets with parchment paper. If you have better luck with another method, use it.
4Drop a tablespoon at a time of the mix onto powdered sugar on a plate, roll around and plop on prepared cookie sheet. These expand to about two inches wide. Adjust the cookie dollops accordingly.
