Ingredients

3 Tbsp
mustard seed crushed and sifted to a powder
3 Tbsp
water
1 Tbsp
whole brown mustard seed

Step-By-Step

1Mix powder and whole mustard seed with water.

2Let stand 10 minutes for heat and flavor to develop.

3Put in jar and seal the longer it set's the more flavor

4Try whole mustard seeds in barbecue sauce and rub's or marinades for grilling. The seeds become very soft , giving flavor and an attractive appearance.
