PASTRY CUTTER TO EGG SLICER

When I was a cook at Head Start a few years ago I had to dice 200 boiled eggs for egg salad sandwiches but I did not have much time after boiling and peeling them so this is what I did.And I still do it at home.

Ingredients

1 bunch
eggs
1
pastry cutter
1
deep bowl

Step-By-Step

1Simply peel any amount of hard boiled eggs
2Put them into a bowl.
3Push down on eggs with the forks of your Pastry cutter just like you were blending pastry.You can cut them small or large.
When I need pretty pieces for a garnish I just cradle half an egg in the palm of my hand and gently cut once for neat slices.
