giddyup guacamole

I am a stay at home mom with a home-based business. During the day I get so busy in my routine of doing that I forget to take time to eat. I like to have this on hand to snack with chips so I don't have to stop and eat a meal. I also like stuffing hard boiled eggs with this. Festive for the holidays and a great go-to anytime snack.

Want to amp up the flavor in your guacamole recipe? Try Natalie's unique spin on guacamole. We fell in love with it and think you will too. Pineapple adds a hint of sweetness while jalapenos give this guac a little kick. Traditional cilantro gives the dip a fresh taste. Serve with some tortilla chips (and maybe your favorite margarita!) and you have an easy snack.
